Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our training services. By using this website or entering into a training engagement with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Technovids
Technovids Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("Technovids", "we", "us", or "our") is a corporate training company registered in India, providing AI and cloud training programmes to enterprise clients. Our registered office is in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
These Terms of Service govern: (a) your use of our website at technovids.com; and (b) the provision of corporate training services under a separate written engagement or purchase order.
2. Website Use
2.1 Permitted Use
You may use our website to learn about our services, submit training enquiries, and access publicly available content. You must use this website lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
2.2 Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without written permission
- Transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content through our website
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting enquiries
2.3 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, course descriptions, training materials, methodology, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Technovids Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
3. Training Services
3.1 Scope of Services
The specific training programmes, dates, participant counts, deliverables, and fees are agreed in a written Statement of Work, purchase order, or email confirmation between Technovids and the client organisation ("Client"). These Terms of Service apply in addition to that agreement and govern matters not specifically addressed there.
3.2 Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about team size, technical background, and training requirements during the scoping process
- Ensuring participants have appropriate devices, internet access, and any required software licences prior to the training date
- Providing a suitable training venue for on-site programmes (seating, projector, power access)
- Obtaining any internal approvals required to share anonymised data with Technovids for lab customisation
- Notifying Technovids of any changes to participant numbers or dates with at least 5 business days' notice
3.3 Customisation
Where Technovids customises content using the Client's data, processes, or materials, all such customised materials remain the property of Technovids. The Client receives a licence to use them for internal training purposes only. The Client's underlying data and confidential information remain their property.
3.4 Certificates
Technovids issues completion certificates to participants who attend the required portion of a programme. Certificates are Technovids' own certificates and do not confer any third-party vendor certification (e.g. AWS, Microsoft, Google). Where a programme is designed as exam preparation, passing any associated certification exam is the participant's own responsibility.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed in the relevant purchase order or invoice. Our standard terms are:
- Deposit: 50% of the programme fee is due upon booking confirmation
- Balance: The remaining 50% is due within 7 days of programme completion
- Late payment: Invoices unpaid beyond the agreed due date may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST, which will be added to invoices where required by law. Technovids' GSTIN will appear on all invoices.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please refer to our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:
- Cancellations with 14+ business days' notice: full refund of deposit
- Cancellations with 7–13 business days' notice: 50% of total fee charged
- Cancellations with fewer than 7 business days' notice: full fee charged
- Rescheduling is available free of charge once, with 5+ business days' notice
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the training engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement. Technovids will not disclose client data, internal processes, or confidential business information shared during programme scoping or delivery. Participants' work outputs during labs are treated as confidential.
7. Limitation of Liability
Technovids' total liability to any Client in connection with any training engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific programme. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from training outcomes, programme cancellation, or website unavailability.
We do not guarantee that participants will pass any external certification exam, achieve any specific productivity outcomes, or receive any employment or professional benefit as a result of training.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects changes. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For existing training engagements, the terms in force at the time of booking apply.
