Unlike many training providers who charge per seat, Technovids charges per cohort. A 1-day AI workshop costs the same for 10 or 25 participants. For a 20-person team, the effective per-person cost is just ₹3,750–₹5,000 — less than a dinner meeting. Training your entire team together also creates shared language, faster adoption, and no knowledge gaps between departments.

Is AI training priced per person or per batch?+
Technovids prices all corporate training per cohort (per batch), not per seat. This means a 1-day workshop costs the same whether you have 10 or 25 participants, making it significantly more cost-effective for larger teams. The per-person effective cost for a 20-person batch is typically 40–60% lower than a 10-person batch.
What is included in the training price?+
All Technovids programmes include: trainer fees, course materials and lab guides, live cloud or AI tool access during training, pre-training skills assessment, Technovids participation certificate, and 30 days of post-training WhatsApp Q&A support. For cloud training (AWS/Azure/GCP), sandbox cloud accounts are included. Travel and accommodation for outstation on-site delivery are billed at actuals.
Do you offer discounts for larger teams?+
Yes. For teams of 30 or more participants, we offer phased cohort pricing which reduces the effective per-session cost. For multi-programme packages (e.g., AI Training + Cloud Training), we offer bundled pricing. Government and educational institution clients receive additional discounts. Can we get GST invoice for the training?+
Yes. Technovids Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is GST registered. All invoices include GST at applicable rates. Training programmes qualify for the 18% GST rate for professional/educational services. Many enterprises include AI and cloud training costs in their L&D or IT budget — we can provide documentation to support internal approvals.
What is the minimum batch size for corporate training?+
We work best with groups of 10 or more participants for corporate batches. For smaller teams (under 10), we offer seats in our scheduled open batches at a per-seat price. The minimum team size for a fully private batch is 10 participants.
