Frequently Asked Questions

Everything L&D managers, HR leaders, and training buyers ask before booking a corporate AI or cloud training programme.

🤖 AI Training — General

What types of AI training do you offer?

We offer corporate AI training across four areas: (1) Generative AI & LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot), (2) Prompt Engineering, (3) Data Analytics with AI, and (4) Machine Learning fundamentals. All programmes are designed for corporate teams — not individual learners — and are customised for your industry and role mix.

Are your programmes suitable for non-technical employees?

Yes. Most of our programmes are designed for business professionals with no technical background. "ChatGPT & Claude for Business" and "AI for Business Professionals" require zero coding knowledge. For technical teams (developers, data engineers), we offer separate tracks with hands-on lab exercises. We always ask about your team's background before designing a programme.

How long are the training programmes?

Programme duration ranges from 1 day (introductory AI tools, prompt engineering) to 3 days (data science, cloud certifications). Half-day workshops are available for executive briefings. Multi-day programmes can be split across weeks to minimise business disruption.

Can the content be customised for our industry?

Yes — this is one of our core differentiators. We conduct a pre-training discovery call to understand your team's roles, tools, and workflows. Labs, examples, and case studies are then tailored to your sector (BFSI, healthcare, IT services, manufacturing, etc.). Generic workshops are the most common complaint we hear about other providers — we don't deliver them.

What AI tools are covered in your programmes?

We cover the full landscape of enterprise AI tools: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power BI AI features, and relevant cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI). Tool coverage is adjusted based on what your organisation uses or is evaluating.

Do you train on using AI tools, or building AI systems?

Both — but for different audience tracks. Business and knowledge-worker programmes focus on using AI tools effectively (prompting, workflows, governance). Technical programmes cover building AI features: API integration, RAG systems, ML model deployment, and cloud AI services.

Is the training content up to date with the latest AI models?

Yes. AI moves fast and our content is reviewed and updated every quarter. We cover the latest model releases, capability changes, and new tools as they become relevant for enterprise use. Our trainers actively use these tools on client projects — not just in classrooms.

💰 Pricing & Logistics

How is training priced?

All programmes are priced per cohort (per batch), not per participant. This means the price is the same whether you send 10 or 30 people — making larger cohorts significantly better value. Pricing depends on programme duration, delivery format (on-site vs online), and level of content customisation required.

What is the indicative price range for a 1-day AI training?

A 1-day programme (e.g. Prompt Engineering or ChatGPT for Business) for a cohort of 10–30 participants typically ranges from ₹80,000 to ₹1,50,000 depending on location and customisation. A 2-day programme ranges from ₹1,20,000 to ₹2,50,000. Cloud training (2–3 days) ranges from ₹2,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per cohort. See our pricing page for full indicative ranges.

What is the minimum cohort size?

Our minimum for a dedicated private batch is 10 participants. For smaller teams, we can explore open cohort workshop options where your team joins alongside participants from other companies. Contact us to check current scheduled dates.

Do you offer discounts for large batches or multiple programmes?

Yes. Cohorts of 50+ participants attract a volume discount. Organisations booking 3 or more programmes in a single contract receive bundled pricing. Multi-location rollouts (e.g. same programme across Bangalore, Mumbai, and Hyderabad) are also eligible for programme-level discounts.

How much notice do you need to book a training?

For standard programmes (no heavy customisation), we can typically schedule within 7–14 days of confirmed booking. For highly customised programmes — especially those requiring new lab environments or industry-specific data — allow 3–4 weeks. Expedited delivery is available for urgent requirements.

What payment terms do you offer for corporate clients?

We accept 50% advance with booking confirmation and 50% on completion for first-time clients. Repeat clients and enterprise accounts can negotiate 30-day credit terms. GST invoices are issued by Technovids Consulting Pvt. Ltd. with applicable GST rates.

Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Programmes cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled date receive a full refund of any advance paid. Cancellations within 7–14 days incur a 25% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 7 days before the programme date. Force majeure provisions apply.

📍 Delivery & Format

Can you deliver training at our office?

Yes — on-site delivery is our most common format. We bring all equipment: laptops (if required), lab environments, projectors, and training materials. Your team trains in their own environment, with examples specific to your organisation. We cover all major Indian cities and many tier-2 locations.

Do you offer online training?

Yes. All programmes are available as live online sessions via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Online delivery includes the same hands-on labs using cloud-based environments. For practical reasons, we recommend groups of up to 20 for online sessions (vs 30 for on-site) to maintain trainer attention.

Can you support hybrid delivery (some in-room, some remote)?

Yes. We support hybrid cohorts where some participants attend in-person and others join remotely. This requires a meeting room with a good screen and camera setup. We advise on AV requirements during the pre-training call.

Which cities do you cover for on-site training?

We regularly deliver in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune. We also cover Delhi/NCR, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and other locations with advance notice. Travel expenses are charged at cost for locations outside Bangalore.

What does a typical training day look like?

A standard 1-day programme runs 9 AM to 5:30 PM with two short breaks and a lunch break. Typically: 30% concept and context, 70% hands-on labs and exercises. Participants receive pre-reading materials 48 hours before and a resource pack afterwards. Each lab exercise is designed to produce a work-relevant output, not just demonstrate a feature.

Can you train remote-first or fully distributed teams?

Yes. For distributed teams across multiple locations or time zones, we design asynchronous pre-work combined with live online cohort sessions. This is a common format for GCCs and large IT services companies with globally distributed delivery teams.

📚 Content & Certification

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Every participant receives a Technovids completion certificate within 48 hours of programme completion. Certificates include the participant's name, programme title, date, duration, and trainer details. They are formatted for LinkedIn upload and available as PDF.

Are Technovids certificates recognised by employers?

Technovids certificates are recognised by our client organisations and are designed for LinkedIn-sharing. They are not vendor certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Google). For programmes aligned with vendor exams (AWS CCP, AZ-900, GCP ACE), we prepare participants to pursue those separately — the exam fee is not included in our programme.

Do your cloud training programmes prepare for official certification exams?

Yes. Our AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud programmes are aligned with official exam objectives. Participants who complete the programme are well-prepared to sit the respective vendor certification exams. Exam registration and fees are separate and managed by participants directly with the vendor.

Can training be delivered in Hindi or regional languages?

Our standard delivery language is English. For specific requests, we can incorporate Hindi explanations alongside English instruction. For regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada), please discuss requirements during the discovery call — we assess on a case-by-case basis depending on trainer availability.

What materials do participants receive?

All participants receive: a pre-reading guide (sent 48 hours before), lab exercise workbooks (digital), a post-training resource pack including slide decks, tool cheatsheets, and curated further-reading links. Cloud training participants also receive lab environment access credentials valid for 30 days post-training.

How do you measure training effectiveness?

We run pre and post-training skills assessments for all programmes. Results are compiled into a Workforce AI Readiness Report delivered to the L&D/HR sponsor within 5 business days. The report shows aggregate skill gains, strong and weak areas by role, and recommendations for follow-up learning.

🤝 Post-Training Support

What post-training support is included?

Every programme includes 30-day post-training support via a WhatsApp group with the trainer. Participants can ask questions about labs, tools, and real work applications. The group is closed at 30 days. Extended support (90-day or 6-month check-ins) is available as an add-on.

Can we book refresher sessions after the initial training?

Yes. We offer 2–3 hour refresher workshops (available online) at a discounted rate for cohorts who have completed a full programme within the past 12 months. Refreshers are commonly booked 3 months after initial training to reinforce key skills and address real-world questions that have arisen.

Do you offer ongoing learning programmes (not just one-off workshops)?

Yes. We offer multi-sprint learning journeys: a series of 3–5 sessions delivered monthly, with progressive skill development and practical projects between sessions. These are well-suited for L&D teams building long-term AI capability, not just one-off awareness.

Can you help us build an internal AI champion network after training?

Yes. Our AI Champion Programme design service helps L&D teams identify potential AI champions within each business unit, define their role, and create the internal community structure. This is typically delivered as a 1-day facilitated workshop for L&D and HR leaders alongside the main training programme.

Yes. Manufacturing-specific content covers predictive maintenance, quality control AI, supply chain demand forecasting, and AI for operational efficiency. We have delivered for automotive, industrial, and FMCG teams across India.

Can you train a diverse batch with mixed technical backgrounds?

Yes. We regularly design programmes for mixed cohorts — e.g. a batch with both software engineers and business analysts. The approach is to design modular content with shared concepts + split-track lab exercises, so each participant gets content at the right level. This requires a pre-training cohort profiling session.
