Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment: We work hard to accommodate rescheduling and avoid cancellations. If something unexpected happens, contact us as early as possible — we will always try to find a practical solution before applying a cancellation charge.
1. Corporate Training Programmes (On-site & Online Live)
1.1 Cancellation by Client
The following charges apply when a confirmed training programme is cancelled by the client:

| 3 to 6 business days | 75% of total programme fee |
| Fewer than 3 business days | 100% of total programme fee |
"Business days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Indian public holidays. Notice must be provided in writing to corporate@technovids.com. The cancellation date is the date Technovids receives written notice.
1.2 Rescheduling by Client
Clients may reschedule a confirmed programme under the following terms:
- First rescheduling request with 5+ business days' notice: No charge. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient date, usually within 60 days of the original date.
- Second or subsequent rescheduling: A rescheduling fee of ₹5,000 applies per request.
- Rescheduling with fewer than 5 business days' notice: Treated as a cancellation under the schedule above.
1.3 Participant Number Changes
- Participant count reduced by up to 20%: No charge with 5+ business days' notice.
- Participant count reduced by more than 20%: The programme fee will be adjusted at Technovids' discretion, based on the impact on preparation and logistics.
- Participant count increased: Possible subject to batch size limits and material costs; contact us to confirm availability.
2. Cancellation by Technovids
In the unlikely event that Technovids must cancel a confirmed programme (e.g. due to trainer illness, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control), we will:
- Notify you as promptly as possible in writing
- Offer a full refund of all fees paid, or
- Reschedule the programme at no additional cost, at your preference
Technovids is not liable for indirect losses (travel bookings, accommodation, lost working time) arising from Technovids-initiated cancellations, though we will make all reasonable efforts to give maximum notice.
3. Refund Process
Where a refund is due:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed
- Refunds are made to the original payment source (bank transfer or the same payment method used)
- GST paid is not refundable where a tax invoice has already been issued, in accordance with GST regulations; a credit note will be issued instead
- Refunds are in Indian Rupees (INR) only
4. Training Materials
Training materials (slide decks, workbooks, lab files) shared with participants are for internal training use only and are non-refundable once distributed. If a programme is cancelled before delivery, materials will not be distributed.
5. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, pandemic restrictions, power outages, or internet infrastructure failure. In such cases, we will work together in good faith to reschedule at the earliest practical opportunity.
6. How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing:
