In 2020, Technovids' founder Pankaj Kumar was working as a senior AI/ML engineer at a Bangalore fintech company. He watched his colleagues — smart, experienced engineers — struggle to adopt AI tools not because they lacked intelligence, but because no one had shown them how these tools applied to their specific work.
The corporate training programmes available were generic, slide-heavy, and completely disconnected from the day-to-day reality of Indian enterprise teams. They taught ChatGPT as if every employee had the same job. They covered AWS without referencing the actual architecture decisions teams faced.
Pankaj began running informal training sessions for his own team. The results were immediate — productivity jumped, morale improved, and three engineers who attended went on to lead major AI initiatives. Word spread. Other companies reached out.
In 2021, Technovids Consulting was formally incorporated. The mission was simple: deliver practical, outcomes-focused AI and cloud training that creates measurable business impact. Three years and 500+ trained professionals later, the mission hasn't changed.
