Pankaj Kumar is the founder and CEO of Technovids Consulting, a Bangalore-based corporate AI and cloud training company. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and cloud architecture, Pankaj has worked across fintech, BFSI, healthcare, and IT services — first as an engineer building production systems, then as a trainer and L&D advisor helping enterprise teams build the skills to use them.
Before founding Technovids, Pankaj was a senior engineer at a Bangalore-based fintech unicorn, where he led ML infrastructure projects and saw first-hand how even technically sophisticated organisations struggled to translate AI tools into day-to-day workforce productivity. This gap — between what AI can do and what teams are trained to do — is the problem Technovids was built to solve.
Pankaj holds AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, and Google Cloud Professional Architect certifications. He regularly speaks at corporate L&D events and has been quoted on corporate AI adoption strategy. His training programmes have been delivered for teams at banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, pharma companies, IT services firms, and Global Capability Centres across Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune.
